Denali National Trust
Denali National Trust is a privately-owned real estate investment and development company located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Although its roots in Alaska go back decades, Denali has owned, operated and developed approximately $300,000,000 of office and industrial properties in the greater Phoenix area since 1992.
Denali quickly became the market leader in providing the 2,000 sf to 4,000 sf office tenant with first class, move-in ready office space through its innovative “Insta-Suite” program. Denali provided a wide range of in-house services from space-planning, tenant improvements and property management. Real estate professionals and tenants came to appreciate how fast and easy completing a lease transaction was with Denali, and its properties achieved and maintained above market rates of occupancy and lease renewals.
After the great recession, Denali identified an opportunity in the light industrial and flex space sectors as asset prices were struggling to stabilize. Between 2011 and 2020 Denali accumulated, repositioned, and sold 25 formerly distressed light industrial flex properties across the Phoenix MSA totaling more than 600,000 square feet.
Through its affiliate, Wise Enterprises, LLC in Bellingham, Washington, the company has developed over $100,000,000 in office, industrial, multi-family and waterfront residential properties.
In recent years through its affiliate Wise Equity Partners, Denali has expanded into equity investing and currently has investments in multi-family, industrial, self-storage, restaurant and single-family developments in Arizona and Washington. Wise Equity Partners seeks to leverage its decades of combined real estate development and investment experience to act as a force multiplier with our partners. Wise Equity Partners evaluates co-investment opportunities with long-term alliances in mind, seeking to form relationships that exist well beyond “the deal”.
