Crosscut Commons is a joint venture between Denali National Trust and Northbridge Development to build 67 townhomes for rent on 48th St. and the 202 freeway. This project will provide much needed affordable housing for families in the submarket. Construction is scheduled to begin Q4 2024.

Toy Barn Scottsdale Airpark
Toy Barn Scottsdale was a Joint Venture between Denali National Trust and Wesley Development to build and sell luxury garage condominiums in the exclusive Scottsdale Airpark submarket. The project was sold-out upon completion in Q1 2024 at a record-breaking price-per-foot.

Zaterra
